I have been in Kauai for the last week and so many times I thought of Dillon. I surfed at Tunnels today and remember paddling out with Dillon and Stevie. I was pretty far off shore and was the only one out there for about and hour, looking in at everyone on the beach. It is very peaceful out there and I can’t help thinking that Dillon must be in a similar place now. Andrea and I just topped off our trip tonight with a lobster dinner. After dinner we were laughing about our outrageous and legendary lobster dinner with Dillon (and Jacobi) in Costa Rica. I feel so lucky that I was able to spend so many great times with Dillon in the last few years. They were really special, and for the rest of my life whenever I go on a vacation somewhere I will always think of Dillon.
