Sophie and I were at Benihana tonight (after the Hannah Montana movie), when I suddenly remembered that we hadn’t been there since one of Dillon’s b’day dinners. The connection was so strong…it really overwhelmed me. Literally every table included someone celebrating a birthday, so we were constantly surrounded by birthday songs and clapping. I felt sad… and numb. I HATE that Dillon didn’t get an 18th birthday celebration. I think of that all of the time: it is so unfair.
